Terms and Conditions

Payment for initial meetings and counselling is due by BACS at least 48 hours in advance
Payment for ongoing mediation and associated documentation is by BACS immediately on receipt of invoice
Notice period for cancellation of all services is 48 hours, otherwise the full cost of the session (1 hour of mediation) is payable
